We're looking for a Production Manager with strong leadership and data-driven decision-making skills to oversee a three-shift operation (1st shift role) while managing DIRECT and INDIRECT reports.What You'll Do:As Production Manager, you'll lead and mentor a diverse production team while overseeing strategy, forecasting output, and scaling operations. You'll play a key role in driving process improvements during a major expansion, ensuring operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.What You Bring:

• 15+ years in manufacturing, including 5+ years in a leadership role
• Strong background in data analysis & production strategy
• Experience with project management, hiring, and space planning
• Proficiency in MS Office & SAP (Lean certifications a plus)
