Job Description:
A company is looking for a National Settlement Coordinator to
manage residential real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare national settlement statements for closing transactions
Coordinate communication among all parties involved in the
transactions
Manage escrow accounts and disbursement of funds
Required Qualifications:
5 years of experience in the title insurance industry
Strong knowledge of Title Insurance
Experience with SoftPro Select is a plus
Outstanding work ethic and ability to work independently
High level of accountability and customer service orientation
