DESCRIPTION:Certified Nursing Assistants are responsible for many
patient care tasks to ensure that each patient receives the
comprehensive and personalized care they
need.RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide nursing care in accordance with
resident care plans and procedures and follow departmental policies
and proceduresDeliver direct care to patients through patient care
such as bathing, toileting, feeding, grooming, etc.Follow the
direction and instructions given by the RN or LPN in
charge.Maintain patient comfort and safety as well as safety,
environmental, and infection control standardsAssist residents with
daily tasks, and take care of personal needs of residentsAdditional
tasks as assignedREQUIREMENTS:Current New York State Nurses Aide
Certification requiredExperience in long-term care preferredMust be
flexible, punctual, professional, and reliableStrong customer
