- Responsible for leading and managing all HR functions within
the organization, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic
goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance to senior leadership on HR-related matters and
contribute to strategic decision making.
- Implement performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on
performance improvement plans.
- Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations and ensure the
organization's compliance.
- Oversee the design and administration of compensation and
benefits programs.
- Manage HR audits and investigations as necessary.
- Oversee/Manage Talent Acquisition.
- Establish key HR metrics and analytics to measure the
effectiveness of HR programs.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Develop and manage the HR department budget effectively.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems, ensure WinTeam employee
files are 100% accurate and updated, including certifications.
- Discipline Security Officers as necessary.
- Work with recruiters and agencies to ensure a steady stream of
new candidates.
- Ensure A&H Security Guards are 100% in compliance with
NYS.
- Oversee the productivity of HR Team.
- Interview candidates as needed.
- Be responsible for inputting employees' direct deposit
information into WinTeam.Requirements
- BS Degree.
- 5 or more years' experience in a Human Resources Management
position, and be familiar with the Security Field.
- Experience working in a large organization (1500+
employees).
- Windteam Software experience is a plus.
- SHRM certification is a plus.Nesco Resource offers a
