  Key Responsibilities
  --- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and functional limitations.
  --- Develop and implement customized treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
  --- Utilize a variety of techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
  --- Educate patients and their families on exercises, treatment plans, and strategies for improving mobility and preventing injuries.
  --- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  --- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.
  --- Stay current with advances in physical therapy practices and maintain licensure requirements.
  Qualifications
  --- Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  --- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
  --- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  --- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  --- Prior outpatient experience is preferred but not required.
