Job Description:
A company is looking for an Inbound Outbound Queue Associate -
Behavioral Health.
Key Responsibilities
Perform intake of calls from members or providers regarding
services
Screen requests for appropriate referral to medical services staff
and approve services as per benefit plans
Maintain accurate documentation of information to meet regulatory
and accreditation requirements
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of customer service experience
1-3 years of call center experience
High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Familiarity with basic medical terminology and concepts
2-4 years of experience as a medical assistant or in a clinical
role is preferred
