The opportunity: - Uphold is looking for a Product Manager,
Marketing to join our Product team. This is an incredibly exciting
opportunity where you'll get to help us deliver the best products
possible within the Uphold ecosystem by making sure everyone
understands the users' needs, wants and must-haves and that these
are translated into a marketable product. You will collaborate with
the different teams in Uphold expanding the product-suite. - You
will be responsible for coordinating the activities required to
bring the product to market, liaising between Marketing and other
different departments within the company, assuring readable and
accessible documentation of the different products being built. You
will also be responsible for the positioning and communication of
our products, for gathering and processing customer feedback, and
also manage some aspects of customer relations after launch.
What you'll be doing primarily:
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive
go-to-market strategies for our crypto custody products, ensuring
alignment with company objectives.
- Product Positioning: Craft and refine product messaging that
resonates with retail clients, highlighting key differentiators and
addressing market needs.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis, including
competitor research and customer insights, to inform product
positioning and marketing strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product
management, sales, and other marketing teams to ensure cohesive
product launches and campaigns.
- Content Development: Work with the marketing team to create
high-impact marketing collateral, including product sheets, white
papers, case studies, and presentations tailored to different
customer segments.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and manage initiatives to drive
customer education and engagement, including webinars, workshops,
and other promotional activities.
- Metrics & Reporting: Analyze the effectiveness of marketing
campaigns and product launches, providing regular reports and
insights to optimize future strategies.
- Setting strong and achievable goals and KPIs for each product
line. Drive out the cycle of value proposition, marketing, launch,
results, feedback and improvements to deliver on those metrics.
Required qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or related
field.
- Have at least 3 years of experience working on
technology-powered products as either a product manager, product
designer, marketeer, engineer, data analyst/scientist, or user
researcher.
- Very strong communication skills, written and spoken, with high
emotional intelligence.
- Metrics-driven to identify the key success indicators for the
different products.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and flexible to work in a
fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Analytical skills to examine internal and external data.
- Knowledge on how to conduct user interviews and gather feedback
directly from customers.
- Fluent written and oral English skills.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience working in fintech or finance-related topics.
- Personal and professional experience in blockchain and crypto
