Job Description:
A company is looking for a Federal Cloud Change Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the change management process for
cloud changes
Collaborate on technical planning, scheduling, and execution of
operations and project releases
Track, report, and analyze trends in the change management process,
providing insights to senior leaders
Required Qualifications and Education
Completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a
related field, or equivalent experience
10+ years in a Technical Change Manager role within a 24x7
technology environment
ITIL V3 certification is required
10 years' experience in HR outsourcing, particularly in Health and
Welfare Administration
Experience with tools such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy
