End User Support Engineer

Job Description:

A company is looking for an End User Support Engineer - Power Platform to triage and resolve support requests related to Power Platform.



Key Responsibilities

Collaborate on resolving Power Platform incidents requiring CTO UC team engagement
Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of incidents
Support Power Platform administration activities, including license assignments and outage notifications


Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 services
Knowledge of IT SLAs and backlog tracking
Experience in conducting training sessions and knowledge transfer is preferred
Work experience in a multi-national organization, preferably in the energy sector
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services that overlap with Power Platform services
